At our meeting on May 10th Rogard Ross donned his CBF hat and gave a presentation on 'Saving the Bay'. Starting with a Chesapeake watershed-wide view of the challenges facing the Bay, he dove in and looked at the state of the Elizabeth River and Indian River in particular and look at the Watershed Improvement Plan being developed for the City of Chesapeake.
